CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift

CNC MACHINIST candidates must:

  • Have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in setting up and operating Lathes and/or Vertical Machining Centers with close tolerances
  • Have a 2 year degree in Machine Tooling Technics
  • Have the ability to run more than one machine where cycle time permits
  • Be able to read/interpret blueprints, with an understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols
  • Have a good understanding of CNC controls and G/M code programming skills (read, write, edit)
  • Be able to measure and inspect to quality requirements
  • Have the ability to work independently or with others to support a strong team environment
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to handle other related duties as assigned

Welder – 1st Shift

WELDER candidates must:

  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years experience with Flux Core/GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding/Mig)
  • Be able to read and understand blueprints and have knowledge of GD&T weld symbols
  • Be proficient at fixture design
  • Have the ability to weld low volume/prototype components or sub-assemblies to meet applicable quality standards and drawing requirements
  • Have the ability to pass multiple weld certifications
  • Weld fitment experience to .030 tolerances a plus
  • Heat straightening experience a plus
  • Have the ability to work independently or with others to support a strong team environment
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to handle other related duties as assigned

Laser Operator

$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS (to be paid out after successful completion of 90-day introductory period)

Laser Operator candidates must:

  • Operate CO2 laser equipment.
  • Read blue prints and manufacturing drawings/instructions and layout work assignments.
  • Produce quality parts within the prescribed time.
  • Drive forklift and operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Lift or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have basic computer knowledge for scanning in/out of work orders.
  • Be able to work independently or within a team setting.
  • Have the ability to follow direction given and work in conjunction with Production Supervisors to ensure both internal and external customer needs are understood and met.
  • Have a positive attitude toward team members and company

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Shipping & Receiving Clerk candidates must:

  • Pull/Package/Quote/Ship small shipments, less than truckload (LTL) shipments, and full truckload shipments along with preparing associated documentation.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules with internal and external customers.
  • Verify and approve freight invoice amounts.
  • Negotiate rates with potential carriers.
  • Load and unload product and materials.
  • Verify incoming item quantities and descriptions against documentation.
  • Pull/Route/Stage in-process materials.
  • Have experience with hand tools and material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have strong computer knowledge.
  • Experience in shipping and/or receiving is preferred, but not required.
